The operating voltage is supplied from the power source 29 at the time of starting a DC/DC converter, and the output DC voltage is supplied as an operating voltage through the diode 32 at the time of starting the converter. Since the battery 30 may supply only the operating voltage at the starting time in this manner, it can be small capacity.
