Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease producrion cost by heated fusion fixing of a liner, which is made of synthetic resin and placed between leafs nearby leaf end, to a leaf and improve corrosion resistivity by preventing entry of water between the leaf and the liner. CONSTITUTION:A liner 5 is placed between adjoning leafs 2 and 3 and 4 located at leaf ends of spring steel leaf springs 2, 3 and 4. The liner 5 is made of for example super high molecular polyethelen and fused by heat to each tension side of second and third leafs 3 and 4 respectively. Therefore, the liner 5 is held for sure without getting out of position or falling. Furthermore, since water does not enter into the liner and the leaf, there is no possibility of corrosion, and durability can be improved.
