Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molding with high dimensional and superficial precision by a method wherein an after-mixer mold consisting of an upper and a lower molds is provided on the upper surface of an upper mold and raw liquid is supplied from the middle into a mold cavity through a mixer head and the after-mixer. CONSTITUTION:The plunger 11 of a mold controlling mechanism 10 is set at the 1st position according to the display of a sensor 13 and the primary liquid is supplied from the upper part in the middle of the mold cavity 8 through the mixer head 3 formed on the upper mold 4 of the aftermixer, the after-mixer 20 formed on the lower mold 5 of the after-mixer and an injecting gate 7. Subsequently, the plunger 11 is set at the 2nd position, an air vent 12 equipped on the upper mold 4 and the cavity 8 are connected through the gate 7 and gas generated in the cavity 8 is exhausted from an air vent 30. After then, the plunger 11 is set at the 3rd position, the molding is filled with packing and part of the molding is restrained from leaking from the cavity 8 into the gate 7 and after a preset mold releasing time the molds are opened to take out the molding.
