Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the removing percentage of adhered substance by a method wherein nozzles, from which particles with high melting point are jetted, are arranged on the same axis line with pressurized gas jetting nozzles provided on an outer pipe. CONSTITUTION:Within the outer pipe 10 which composed of a soot blower main body, there is arranged an inner pipe 30, at the tip part of which the particle jetting nozzles 40 are formed intersecting almost perpendicularly to said inner pipe 30. Jetting gas 2 such as saturated steam, compressed air or the like, in which fine inorganic particles with the lowest melting point of 1,200 deg.C are suspended, is past through the inner pipe 30, while jetting gas 1 such as saturated steam, compressed air or the like, in which no such fine particles as mentioned above is suspended, is past through the outer pipe 10. And the jetting gas 2 containing the fine particles therewithin is jetted from the nozzle 40 and the jetting gas 1 is jetted from outer nozzles 20. The fine particles act for effectively removing adhered substance by their erosion effect.
