Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A folding operation tool 2 is provided to a slide switch 4 of a desk top electronic calculator 3 from a suitable position at the insie of a cover, and the tool 2 is extended or folded by using a swithcing operation of a cover 1. Thus, when the cover 1 is opened, the tool 2 is extended and the switch 4 is pulled to one side. Since the switch is turned on automatically, the main body 3 is taken to the operation mode at the same time when the cover 1 is opened. When the cover 1 is closed, the tool 2 is pushed to the cover and driven to an opposite direction, allowing to move the switch 4 to ''OFF'' state automatically.
