CONSTITUTION:A chelate compd. consisting of an IR excited IR fluorescent phosphor and a bifunctional ligand, a marked antigen or antibody obtd. by chemical binding the antigen or antibody and the antigen or antibody of a sample to be measured are caused to react, whereby antigen-antibody composite matter 2 is obtd.
