Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce charges equal to the algebraic sum of each element potential and in opposite polarity to a pair of back electrodes with uniform distribution, by opposing a pair of electret elements for the electret members and clipping a dielectric substance between them. CONSTITUTION:Electret members of electret elements 231, 232 coated with the members 221, 222 made of macropolymer film such as PP, TFE, FEP are opposed to back electrodes 211, 212 made of a conductive metallic base and a dielectric substance 24 made of a conductive metallic material or an organic substance having equal or less area shape as the electret members is floated from ground and inserted between them. Although the nonelectret part is present to the members 221, 222, the back electrodes have charges with opposite polarity and equal to the algebraic sum of the potentials of each element are produced with uniform distribution. Thus, products rich in the moisture-proof and stable in the characteristics can be manufactured.
