Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the work in an automatic inductor manufacturing machine by bending perpendicularly the end of a terminal pin, securing the end part to be outside surface of the collar of a drum core with an adhesive, interposing the terminal part between paper adhesive tapes, and then thoroughly performing the respective works. CONSTITUTION:A solder plates conductor 3' on the stopping position A of a belt conveyor 4 is fed on a conveyor 4, and is cut via cutters 6, 6'. Then, the conveyor 4 is moved to the stopping position B, paper adhesive tapes 1, 1' are integrated, and a terminal pin 3 is interposed between the tapes. At the position B, shaping cutters 7, 7' bend the end of the pin 3 in L shape, and at the position C, a drum core 9 is fed to the recess on the parallel belt conveyors 4', and is contacted with the bent part of the pin 3 at the end face of the core. When the conveyors 4, 4' are moved to the position D, ultraviolet ray curable adhesive is adhered on the end face of the core 9 and on the bent part of the pin 3, the bent part is thus secured, and the end is projected outside from the outer periphery of the collar of the core 9. In this manner, the respective works can be thoroughly performed via the manufacturing machine.
