CONSTITUTION:Frequency information from a reception frequency set circuit 6 is given to a reception circuit 1 and an electromagnetic wave intensity pattern storing circuit 8. The intensity of received electromagnetic waves at the reception circuit 1 is converted into a digital code at a reception frequency intensity measuring circuit 7 and compared with the content of the circuit 8 at a comparison circuit 9. District discrimination information is given to a control circuit 5 with the nearest discrimination information among outputs of the comparison circuit 9. The control circuit 5 transmits an address to a frequency-broadcast station name storing circuit 11, and the readout content is given to an audio memory 13. The output of the memory 13 is outputted to an amplifying circuit 13 as an audio at an audio synthesizer 12 to discriminate the name of broadcast station from a speaker 4.
