Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate arranging piezovibrators into an arc and to reduce the leakage of signal, by causing plural piezovibrators to adhere to one another by an elastic adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Plural piezovibrators 2 are caused to adhere to one another by an elastic adhesive 11 such as silicone rubber. Vibrators 2 are bent into an arc and is applied. Thus, the damping for vibrators 2 is reduced to lessen the leakage of signals to vibrators 2.
