Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformalize adhesion of a piezoelectric element to a metal sheet and stabilize a symmetrical position, by a method wherein a concavity, being sized equal to or larger than the piezoeletctric element, is formed in a central part of a metal sheet whereto the piezoelectric converting element is adhered, and the piezoelectric element is adhered to the concavity. CONSTITUTION:A concavity 12, which is sized large enough to be set with a piezoelectric element 11, is formed in a central part of a metal sheet 12 and in a position being symmetrical to a peripheral part 13a of an ink chamber 13. The concavity 12a is processed in a manner to treat its one side surface by an etching treatment. The piezoelectric element is secured to the concavity in the metal sheet, and is fixed in a symmetrical central position to the ink chamber to prevent causing of an asymmetrical vibration displacement.
