Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent looseness and falling off of a coil terminal and cutting off of a copper wire of electromagnetic coil by a method wherein grooves to insert one ends of the coil terminals, windows for soldering at the bottoms of the grooves to be connected to the outside, and conductor grooves to lead in conductors, are provided on the spool. CONSTITUTION:The grooves 7a to press in the coil terminals 6 are provided on the spool 7, the grooves 7a form the blind lanes, and the spool windows 7b and the grooves 7c for electric wires are provided at the inner part thereof. When the narrow tablet type terminals 6 are pressed in the grooves 7a, the surfaces of the terminals 6 are exposed in the spool windows 7b. The ends of the copper wires 4 wound on the spool 7 are folded back to form twisted wires 5 to be inserted in the spool windows 7b being guided by the grooves 7c for electric wires, and soldering is performed by a laser beam. Accordingly melted solder extends in the spool windows 7b to be hardened, and acts for prevention of falling-off of the coil terminals 6 to prevent omission, and moreover because soldering is performed by the laser beam, the heated parts are very small, and disconnection to be generated by deterioration owing to heat can be prevented.
