PURPOSE:To prevent wrong indication of time data and the like due to electric noises and variation in a power source by imparting a system reset signal generated in a power on clear circuit only to an alarm control circuit and a better up control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When power is supplied to a circuit, the system reset signal is generated in the power on clear circuit 128 and applied to only the alarm control circuit 125 and the better up control circuit 127. Therefore, even though the system reset signal is generated due to the electric noises or the variation in the power source, the time data 104-110, preset data of alarming time 111-114, and measuring data of a stopwatch 119-122 are not destroyed.
