Abstract

PURPOSE: To assign classfication keys and department keys individually to every user, by writing a unit price to each area of a memory means if the area corresponds to the item key and by writing zero to each area of the memory means if the area corresponds to the department key.

CONSTITUTION: In case that the firstWthe fifteenth keys of classification keys of input means 1 are difined as item keys and the sixteenthWtwentieth keys are defined as department keys, unit prices are written into memory areas 5 corresponding to the firstWthe fifteenth keys by preset means 6. Similarly, zero is written to memory areas corresponding to the sixteenthWtwentieth keys. Next, when the user operates one item key out of the firstWfifteenth keys, contents of corresponding area 5 are read from means 4; and since these contents are not zero, AND gates 10 and 11 are opened by the function of deciding means 8 to display the unit price on display part 12. Next, when the number of items is input by input means 15, contents are input to display part 13, and contents of display parts 12 and 13 are multiplied by unit 18. Next, when one department key out of the sixteenthWtwentieth keys is operated, contents are decided as zero, and the processing as a department key is performed.
