PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the device and enhance the reliability, by fixing and holding the piezoelectric resonator in its inside in the lump by use of the base body which is equipped with plural grooves for inserting the piezoelectric resonator, and the cover body which is equipped with holding pieces for pressing the piezoelectric resonator. CONSTITUTION:Plural grooves 22a, 22b for inserting both the end parts of the piezoelectric resonator 15 are provided at equal intervals on the inside of the circumferential wall of the base body 21 having the opened upper face consisting of synthetic resin. The concave part is formed so that it is made one stage lower than the bottom part of the grooves 22a, 22b. The holding part 26 equipped with the holding pieces 25a, 25b for pressing both the ends of the piezo-electric resonator 15 is formed in the center part of the cover body 24, and furthermore the concave part 27 for holding the driven electrodes 12a, 12b is provided in the center of this holding part 26. The recutangular through holes 28a, 28b are formed on the position opposed to the grooves 22a and 22b. The respective inside tip parts of the external leader lines 29a and 29b are installed so that they can keep contacting with the lead wire leading electrodes 13a, 13b of each piezoelectric resonator 15.
