Abstract
PURPOSE:To use radio waves effectively, by providing a temporary memory unit for sampling data in a slave station and by transmitting data which is stored at a period longer than the sampling period. CONSTITUTION:When the sampling period of the channel in the slave station is denoted as 125mus, the number of bits included in this period is 208. For the purpose of transmitting data from the slave station to the master station at every period 8 times as long as the sampling period, namely 1ms, a unit to store the code of 1,552 bits is provided in the slave station, and sampling data is read at a time and is transmitted each time 8 samplings are completed. Guard bit b1 and synchronizing bit b2 are required for one transmission; and since length of bits b1 and b2 is independent of the quantity of one transmission, the proportion of transmission of wasteful data can be reduced according as the transmission quantity of one transmission is larger.
