Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a practical tablet stable for a long time, easily, by adding a specific amount of dialkyl sulfosuccinate to a low-melting, water-insoluble or hardly soluble basis and an additive, and kneading and compression moldind the mixture to a tablet.
CONSTITUTION: A drug basis which is a low-melting and water-insoluble or hardly soluble compound (e.g. cyclandelate, bucolome, dibucaine, etc.) and an additive are mixed with 0.1W5%, based on the total weight of the tablet, of a dialkyl sulfosuccinate. The mixture is kneaded or homogenized, added with other components, and compression molded to obtain the objective tablet. An example of the pharmaceutically suitable dialkyl sulfosuccinate is dioctylsodium sulfosuccinate.
