Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the mixing unevenness in concentration of a stock for forming a laver sheet, by checking the mixing unevenness of the stock with a weighting apparatus, and controlling the mixing ratio.
CONSTITUTION: This weight measuring apparatus of a stock Z for forming a laver sheet comprises a measuring device 19 which is made to sink in or come out of the stock Z for forming a laver sheet once stored in a storage tank 1 of the stock Z designed to mix a finely cut laver material X with water Y and feed the stock Z to a laver sheet forming machine 51. Thus, the measuring device 19 functions well as a measuring instrument of the actual weight of the stock Z for forming a laver sheet or semidehydrated laver material X. A weight detecting device S provided in the measuring device 19 permits ready judgment of the concentration of the stock Z for forming a laver sheet with respect to the standard value. Furthermore, a feed control device of the material X to be increased or decreased contributes to the elimination of the mixing unevenness, and further to the labor-saving and rationalization of mixing operation of the stock Z for forming a laver sheet carried out routinely and frequently.
