Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure proper position and reclining angle of the seat easily by shifing the position longitudinally of the seat and changing the angle of the back rest while the indication disc is turned.
CONSTITUTION: The longitudinal position indication window 3 and the reclining indication window 4 are provided on the side of the cushion frame 2. The belt 9 is looped across the pulley 7 fixed at the lower mount end of the back rest frame 8 and the angle indication disc 10 being pivoted on the central side of the frame 2. The toothed section 12 is formed solidly on the circumference of the longitudinal position indication disc 11 and meshed with the toothed track 15 fixed on the lower rail 14 of the seat adjustor on the undersurface of the seat. In the longitudinal displacement of the seat, the upper side alone fixed on the under-surface of the seat shifts with the seat, and the indication disc 11 meshed with the fixed toothed track 15 turns.
