The reading data 18 is applied to low band pass filter 19. Then the picture image is changed slowly in filter 19 as ''0'' ''1/4'' ''3/4'' ''1''. Thus the high frequency component, which turns into the unpleasant folded distortion visually after D/A conversion, can be reduced greatly.
