CONSTITUTION:The scene of a plant site 7 is collected with a light concentrating part 26, and collected light is transmitted to a camera main body 23 via an optical path 25. The camera main body 23 makes a photo-electric conversion and the electric signal is supplied to a monitor television on a control panel 1 via a video image transmission cable 27. Further, the movement of a mobile station 3 and the control of a light collecting drive device 28 are made via a communication cable 2 and a transmitter/receiver 4 from the control panel 1 installed in a control room 6. Thus, even under an abnormal environment like the occurrence of accidents such as in an atomic power plant, the visual inspection of devices in the plant site is feasible.
