PURPOSE:The titled skin anatriptic useful as a tyrosinase activity inhibitor, etc., obtained by blending a ferulic ester with various kinds of fats and oils in oil-soluble state in high concentration stably using egg yellow oil, lanolin or its derivative as a solubilizer. CONSTITUTION:A ferulic ester shown by the formula (R is steroid residue) is previously dissolved in a solubilizer consisting of egg yellow oil, lanolin, or its derivative (lanolin fatty acid, lanolin alcohol, etc.) and added to various kinds of fats and oils during prescription, or the solubilizer is added to a prescription using the ferulic ester, to give an oil-soluble skin anatriptic of ferulic ester useful as a tyrosinase activity inhibitor or a remedy for bullous dermatitis. Since the drug is capable of blending the ferulic ester with various kinds of fats and oils by the solubilizer in high concentration stably without using an emulsifying agent, it is useful as a short-time remedy having an immediate effect.
