PURPOSE:To repeat the calculation of a pseudo-random number sequence by providing a multiplying means of multiplying an initial value by the 1st constant, an adding means of adding the multiplication result of the multiplying means to the 2nd constant, and a displaying means of displaying the addition result after storing it in an initial-value storing means. CONSTITUTION:An initial value X0 supplied from the outside is stored in an input register 1. Then, when calculation execution is indicated by a control signal, the initial value X0 in the input register 1 is multiplied by a value (lambda) in the 1st constant register 2 at a multiplying circuit 4, whose multiplication result lambdaX0 is added to a constant in the 2nd constant register 3 at an adding circuit. The addition result is stored in the input register 1 and also displayed on a display part 6. Similarly, this procedure is repeated to calculate a series of pseudo-random number sequences X1, X2, X3....
