CONSTITUTION:An IC33 provides charge transfer type transversal filter CTDTF, and this output and an output 31 of an IC51 providing the filter CTDTF and a charge transfer delay element CTDDT are added at an external adder 16 and output at an output terminal 15. In this case, an input signal is delayed in an element CTDDL50 in the IC51 having an equal number of stages as that of the filter CTDTF, and thereafter, the signal processing like the IC33 is made at the filter CTDTF in the IC51 and the signal is output at an output terminal 31. Thus, the cascade connection of the ICs 33 and 51 allows to obtain the filter CDTTF with high yield and reliability.
