Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to manage the storage of mark sheets of paper by obtaining a specific information document by feeding mark sheets from an information supply unit and then by entering fixed marks, symbols, characters, etc., in this sheet of paper before sending them back. CONSTITUTION:An information-requesting person assigns a specific list among lists of information documents, that information supply unit 4 has, to request its transfer. Entry-information transmission part 14 compares information read by read part 13 to that stored in memory part 11 and then extracts and sends only selected information to unit 4. Unit 4 decodes this information and selects and sends the specific information document to the information-requesting person side.
