Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an ineffective use of the telephone network, by receiving the signal transmitted from a telephone circuit network controller of a faulty electronic computer or the like at the telephone circuit network controller of one side and thus controlling the working of automatic dialing. CONSTITUTION:When the communication becomes impossible due to a fault of an electronic computer or the like, the call signal arrives at the terminals L1 and L2 of a telephone circuit to detect the fault through the incoming detecting part 1. As a result, the relay CML works to switch the contacts cml<0> and cml<1> for closure of the communication line. On the other hand, the relay TR works, and at the same time the communication incapability information signal is sent to the telephone circuit from the communication incapability signal sending part 5. This signal is detected by the opposite telephone circuit network controller and through the information incapable signal detecting part 4, and this output is sent to the alarm controlling part 7. Thus an alarm is given to the external operation board through the terminal RA, and at the same time the signal is sent to the automatic calling level converting part 8 to turn on the interface signal DLO. Thus an automatic dialing action is inhibited.
