Abstract
PURPOSE: To protect turbine blades against damages, by supporting upper rotor blades and lower rotor blades by respective turning shafts which can be turned independently from each other.
CONSTITUTION: Upper rotor blades 1 and lower rotor blades 1' are connected via blade shafts 2, 3 to respective turning shafts 4, 5 which can be turned independently from each other. Since, with such an arrangement, wind pressure acted to each rotor blade can be reduced, it is enabled to protect the blades against damages.
