Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the unstable state of an engine at its decelerated speed and perform smooth operation of its rotary speed control, by storing in memory a control signal in a state of idling operation in the engine and shifting in short length of time a control signal value at a time again in a state of idling operation to the above described memory value.
CONSTITUTION: During a state of idling operation of an engine where an idling switch 4 and rotary switch 12 are both turned on, a deviation signal from a comparator 9 is input to an arithmetic unit 9, here converted into a proportional and integral signal or the like and applied pulse conversion in a pulse 11 to drive an actuator 2 and control rotary speed of the engine 1. Here a mean value of the above described integral signals is stored in a memory circuit 13. The engine increases its rotary speed and then decreases the speed to turn on the rotary switch 12 and a selector switch 8 then output a trigger signal, thus the correction can be obtained in short length of time to the above described stored mean valve.
