Abstract

PURPOSE:To fine the gas which is being introduced by providing a baffle plate in the fluid flow passage of high velocity of flow, introducing the gas into the negative pressure area produced on the lower stream side thereof and using the shearing forces of the turbulent flow produced in the negative pressure area. CONSTITUTION:A throttled part 22 is provided in a flow passage 21, and a wedge type baffle plate 23 is installed at the center of the part 22 by directing its bottom face part toward the lower stream side. When fluid is supplied at a high velocity into a fine bubble generating device 1 through an inflow port 2, the fluid flows into the slit part 24 constituted of the part 22 and the baffle plate 23 and forms a negative pressure area 25 when it goes out from the slit part 24, thereby producing the turbulent flow as shown by the arrows. A gas such as air is being introduced into this negative pressure area 25 through a gas lead-in port 26, and the introduced gas receives the shearing forces by the turbulent flows and is divided finely, whereby it is uniformly dispersed into the fluid.
