Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality picture even with a high humidity, by securing an electrostatic adsorption of toner for a mobile insulator provided near a mobile photoreceptor and then transporting the toner to the development part for a flying to the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:A mobile insulator 6 in which the surface of the barrel 8 of a conductor is covered with the insulated layer 10 is provided near the mobile photoreceptor 2 which turns toward the arrow 3. Then the insulator 6 is turned toward the arrow 7 and then electrified by the corona discharger 18 in the 1st electrifier 15 provided into the development container 12. After this, the toner is adsorbed onto the surface of the insulator 6 within the container 12, and this toner transported to the development part 4 that is specified at the opposite part between the photoreceptor 2 and the insulator 6. Then the toner is electrified by the 2nd electrifier 26 provided inside the insulator 6 to be isolated from the insulated layer 10 and then flied to the photoreceptor 2 to form a toner visible image. After this , the insulator 6 is electrified by the 3rd electrifier 28, and thus the toner floating at the part 4 or sticking to the nonelectrostatic latent image part of the photoreceptor 2 is adsorbed to the insulator 6.
