Abstract

PURPOSE:To extract a control signal from a sound multiplex signal without using a component such as a lead filter by discriminating the control signal in an electric circuit by making use of the carrier of a control channel signal and then by stabilizing the discrimination of the control signal to mechanical vibrations, etc. CONSTITUTION:Pre-amplifying circuit 1 and de-emphasis circuit 2 externally-fitted to an integrated circuit form a main channel signal path and externally-fitted BPF3, de-emphasis circuit 6, limiter amplifying circuit 4 and monostable multivibrating circuit 5 form a subordinate channel signal path. Further, selective amplifying circuit 7 that receives the output of BPF3, synchronous AM detecting circuit 8 and various function circuits provided between circuit 8 and logic control circuit 14 form a control signal path, by which a reference signal of an intermediate frequency between two control signals is generated. Then, a frequency comparison between the control signals and reference signal is made to discriminate the control signals and the channel signal component of each signal path is applied to matrix/ switch circuit 15, thereby outputting respective channel signals from LPFs 17-19.
