Abstract
PURPOSE: To record on the recording paper of desired size accurately at the reception side, by generating the size designation signal automatically when the transmission original is set to the specified position through the prevention of malfunction without manual operation at the transmission side.
CONSTITUTION: The detection hole 7 is provided with a given distance along the paper guide 6 at the original set section 5, and the light emitters 8 and 9 are provided by clipping this. When the original 19 is inserted along the guide 6, it stops and the setting is finished when it reaches the specified position on the target glass 15 moved through the moving rollers 13. The detection signals S1∼S3 of the photo detector 9 are inputted to the original size detection circuit 20 and inputted to the terminal D of specified FFF via the inversion circuit I and AND gate A. Further, when the original stops and the set is finished, sampling pulse SP is inputted to the terminal C of each FFF. Thus, specified FFF is set and the original size signal corresponding to the set original is outputted. At the reception side, this signal is received and pre-cut is made.
