Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain magnetic characteristics of wide range at low cost, by changing mixing ratio of a fine powder obtained from an anisotropic Mn, Al and carbon type alloy magnet by pulverizing as the main component and of a mixture of resin and ferrite or rare-earth cobalt magnetic powder.
CONSTITUTION: A fine powder obtained from an anisotropic Mn, Al and carbon type magnet by pulverizing as the main component is mixed with appropriate amount of ferrite or rare-earth cobalt magnetic powder and resin. By changing the mixing ratio, it enables to change the magnetic characteristics in the wide range. Also it enables to reform any shape and size.
