The reference clock from the terminal 4 is fed to the phase detector 5 and also to the switch circuit 9 and inputted to the switch circuit 9 with shifted phase by 180 deg.. The output of the phase detector 5 is given to the switch circuit 9 via the level discrimination circuit 8.
