CONSTITUTION: The hot water from the hot water tank 4 is sent, after being used for cooling the engine 1, back to the hot water tank 4, and the exhaust gas from the engine 1 is heated the hot water in the hot water tank at the exhaust gas heat exchanger 6 and then discharged. In case the hot water is used at the time of low load, when the value of the temperature sensor 8 exceeds a fixed value, the electromagnetic switch 411 is moved to OFF and the heater 7 is turned off. When using the hot water under the condition, the constant water level valve 10 is operated to supply as much cooling water as is reduced by using the hot water. When the temperature of the hot water is lowered to a temperature below a fixed temperature in this case, it is heated by the heater 7.
