Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to two signal with a fixed phase difference with high precision by simultaneously reading sampled values of two periodic waveforms from two memory circuits and by converting them into analog values before mixing them with the output of a reference oscillator. CONSTITUTION:In ROMs 5 and 6, digital codes are stored which express sampled values of two periodical waveform mutually differing in phase as long as certain cycles, and driver circuit 7 reads sampled values of two periodic waveforms from ROMs 5 and 6 at the same time. Then, D/A converters 8 and 9 convert outputs of ROMs 5 and 6 into analog signals respectively, which are mixed with the output of reference oscillator 1, and frequency converting processes 10 and 11 into the same fixed frequency are carried out. Consequently, two signals with a fixed difference in phase can be obtained with high precision.
