Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the variation in NOx values due to excess and deficiency of NH3 or the change of load by controlling the amount of denitrification NH3 by the NOx value at the inlet of flue, or by injecting preferentially denitrification NH3 according to the change in the NOx value at the outlet of fuel economizer.
CONSTITUTION: Signal from the NOx detector at the inlet of flue is put in the proportional integrator 23 as a feed back, the output signal of the integrator 23 is put in the multiplier 12 through the adder 24 and the switcher 26, and total NOx amount is corrected by the final NOx signal to obtain the command value of the denitrification NH3 amount. The differentiator 25 detects a change in the NOx amount. The differentiator 25 detects a change in the NOx value at the inlet of flue and then varies the command value of NH3 amount preferentially. And, the differentiator 27 detects a change in the NOx value at the outlet of fue economizer and adds its signal to the proportional integrator 14 in order to control NH3 amount preferentially. The function generator 29 regulates the opening degree of the NH3 regulating valve for total NOx amount.
