PURPOSE:To secure transmission for the order monitor control signal via the transmitter/receiver of the self-office and with no use of the individual circuit or the radio unit, thus enhancing the reliability for the time-division multi-direction multiple transmission as well as ensuring the effective use of the radio frequency. CONSTITUTION:For transmission of the order monitor control signal sent from transmitter 11 of the slave station, the main signal is produced by giving the control to burst switch 12 attached to transmitter 11 through burst control circuit 10 and in synchronization with the clock and frame synchronous signals of the master station, and at the same time the order monitor control information applied to terminal 13 is added to sampling circuit 15. Then the sampling is given via gate signal 14 sent from circuit 10, and sampled pulse amplitude modulation signal 16 is sent to transmittter 11 to be then transmitted to the master station along with the main signal after receiving a slight frequency modulation in accordance with the sampling value of the monitor information.
