While in case switches 35a and 35d plus 36a and 36d are kept on during time T2, voltage -Vin is applied to the input side to change the output voltage into Vout-Voff. Accordingly, if switches 35 and 36 are switched alternately, the mean output voltage is secured to reduce the effect of the offset voltage.
