Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent cracks developed during the hardening avoiding concentration of stress while minimizing associated work such as mold releasing by adopting a resin injection method free of mold.
CONSTITUTION: An inner insulated cylinder 5 is wound with a conductor by interposing a space piece or directly together with a layer insulator 1b to form a laminated winding 1 such as multiple cylinder coil. In addition, an outer insulated cylinder 6 and a bottom plate 8 are inserted into the outside of the winding and then, a resin 4 is injected thereinto. In this case, the axial dimensions of the inner insulated cylinder 5 is made equal to or shorter than the dimensions of the insulator 1b and thin metal plates 7a and 7b are each wounded on either end of the insulated cylinder 6. Furthermore, a shielding is applied to joints 9a and 9b between the inner insulated cylinder 5 and the metal plate with a putty including silicone while another shielding is done to the joint 11 between the insulated cylinder 6 and the bottom plate 8 with a rubber putty. Thus, it is possible to prevent possible cracks avoiding the concentration of stress during the hardening of the resin 4 thereby improving the workability of assembly, releasing and the like.
