Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure a body temperature and the like quickly and exactly without the effect of time constant by predicting the thermal equilibrium temperature by using three point values of the detecting temperature with a fixed time interval before the thermal sensor and the measured body are reached the thermal equilibrium.
