Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a high quality optical diffuse reflection material layer by foaming a coat with spot cracks, depositing it with Al, and performing the black matrix (BM) release without directly depositing A on the BM.
CONSTITUTION: The coat 5 with cracks is coated on the BM and the Al deposition coat 4 is formed on it. In this case, since there also occur cracking in the Al coat 4 along with the cracks of the coat 5, the BM release solution is easy to permeate and the BM release is easy. The adhesion of the Al coat 4 to graphite is excellent. This coat is higher in the Al reflectivity and is excellent in luster than that in which Al is directly deposited on the graphite.
