Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to utilize a tape up to the end by providing a means to input reserved input information and a means to detect the tape residual quantity time of the used tape and comparing the total of reserved input times and the tape residual quantity time with each other.
CONSTITUTION: Lights of LEDs41 and 42 are received by a photo transistor through a slit provided in each reel for supply and winding, and the input voltage to a micro computer is made high-level at the light receiving through the transistor, and the interval of high-level times is calculated by the micro computer, so that rotation angle speeds of reels 10 and 11 can be obtained. First, rotation angle speeds of reels 10 and 11 are detected by causing the tape to run, and the tape residual quantity time is calculate by micro computer 2. Next, reserved information is inputted from operation input part 3, and it is discriminated whether this reserved information input exceeds the tape residual quantity time or not; and if exceeds, the reserved input is cleared simultaneously with emission of an alarm light from reporting part 5.
