Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the amount of heat generation and then to realize the miniaturization of the device by connecting the switch means at the primary side along with the contact connected to the secondary side of the transformer each and also installing the means which converts the primary side voltage into the digital signal at the ON time of the switch means.
CONSTITUTION: Contacts 1aW1n are connected to the secondary side of transformer 12, and at the same time transistor Tr16 and power source VC plus comparator circuit 7 are connected to the primary side respectively. The base of Tr16 is connected to timing circuit 21 via scanning lines 19aW19n. Circuit 21 transmits the pulse of a fixed duration cyclically, and thus each Tr16 is turned on in sequence. If contact 1a is closed when Tr16 is on, the voltage of detection line 17 becomes zero virtually and becomes nearly identical to voltage VC in case 1a is open respectively. This voltage is compared with reference voltage Vref and then converted through circuit 7 into the digital signal level corresponding to the switch of the contact to be turned into the input signal of FF18. The signal applied to FF18 is set by the set pulse given from circuit 21. As the contact current is flowed in the time-division cyclic way, the heat generation can be reduced.
