Abstract
PURPOSE: To assure the stable operation for a long time, by making unnecessary the signal line of input and output, through the use of the surface acoustic wave oscillator and the propagation energy as the power supply as conversion.
CONSTITUTION: The amplifier 14 is connected to the surface acoustic wave element 11 providing the transducers 13a and 13b of a pair on the piezoelectric substrate 12 to constitute the oscillator 15 and temeprature is detected by using the substance greater in temperature coefficient as the substrate 12. Further, the solar cell 16 is used as the operation power supply of the oscillator 15 and the lead wire 17 is provided as the antenna for the emission of the oscillation output. On the other hand, the receiver 18 and the frequency counter 19 are provided at the reception side. Accordingly, by counting the frequency changed with temperature, the temperature can be known.
