Abstract

After forming ridges 2, 3, the coating process of hard compound of TiC, TiN, TiCN, etc. is performed by application of the chemical evaporation method. Then a heat treatment composed of quenching, tempering etc. is carried out. The edge part 1 and shank 4 are consolidated by welding etc.
