CONSTITUTION:When the data is transmitted to station B from A, transmission procedure control part 2 of station A decides the coding system and then informs it to control part 2 of station B via the command signal. Part 2 of station B informs station A the response signal for confirmation to the command. When the information and confirmation is over for the coding system between stations A and B, control part 2 of both A and B each gives a command to coding/decoding control part 3 of its own to set part 3 to the fixed coded mode. Then control part 2 transmits the data coded at part 3 to station B by the data transmission request given from access method application part 1 of station A.
