Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate manual time correction work, by comparing a standard signal, such as the Telephone No.117 Time Information signal, with a time being compared, and correcting it is accordance with the result of comparison.
CONSTITUTION: A 117 Time Information Service signal is input to telephone connection terminal 1. Error detection circuit 8 compares the time signal from clock 12 and the 117 Time Information Service signal and determines whether the clock is fast or slow, and sends the time difference between them to arithmetic circuit 9. Signal control circuit 11 controls the reference clock of clock 12 and the output clock of phse shift circuit 10 in accordance with the signal from arithmetic circuit 9 and gives an output to counter 4 of the clock, and thereby the speed of the clock is controlled.
