At this time, when a signal of data read address 10 is output from a computer to input gate 11, gate 11 generates "0". Namely, when output transistor 4 is in operation, output gate 11 outputs 0 and the computer reads this to decide normal operation; when output transistor 4 is OFF, output gate 11 outputs 1 and the computer never reads this, deciding a fault.
