Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the malfunction due to the fall in the voltage of power at the time of starting operation by generating an initial setting signal for a prescribed time since the beginning of the starting operation on the basis of the signal of detection of the starting operation beginning time of an internal combustion engine to maintain an on-vehicle computer in a reset state.
CONSTITUTION: A rotational frequency signal (c) from a distributor, a signal (b) from an acceleration sensor, a signal (a) from an intake quantity sensor and a signal (d) from a water temperature sensor are entered into a computer 11 which is mounted on a vehicle and has a memory 111 in which a fuel injection control program is stored. A signal (f) from a starter switch 12, which serves as a means for detecting the beginning time of starting operation of an internal combustion engine, is entered into an initial setting circuit 13 to supply an initial setting signal 11b to a microprocessor 110 for a prescribed period and set an initial value on a valve opening control register 116 which regulates the opening time of a solenoid valve 8. As a result, the computer is maintained in a reset state at the time of starting operation so that wrong working is prevented.
